Available in standard and deluxe styles.
Main frame rails are made of 1” tubing with CNC cut motor and transmission mounts. All frames are jig built and 100% tig welded and fixture cooled.
1 3/4” stretch in the back bone and a 35 degree rake with 5/8” engine and transmission offset.
Deluxe frame includes a regulator bracket on forward tubes, overflow bung on frame for easier oil drain, horn mount, passenger foot peg mounts, rear fender mounting brackets for deep fenders and rear belt guard mount.
All frames are setup for 4 or 5 speed transmissions.
Accepts softail style exhaust mounting on Evolution motor applications.
Accepts flat side style gas tanks, softail style rear caliper mount and softail style oil tank.
Frame accepts 180mm tire with 1 1/2” belt or 200mm tire with chain.
200mm tire with 1 1/2” belt requires 1/4” offset transmission plate.
All “Hard Way” chassis kits includes complete rear axle with hardware.
